Timon Fall Challenge Scholarship Run      October 4, 2014

The seventh annual Timon Fall Challenge is October 4, 2014 at 10:30 AM.  The grammar school one mile event will be at 10:15 AM.  The location of the race is 601 McKinley Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14220 at Bishop Timon St. Jude High School in South Buffalo.  The race raises scholarship money for incoming freshmen.  A $100 cash prize will be given to the first male and female overall winner. Awards will be given to the first three male and female finishers in the standard five year age groups to 85+.  A custom shirt will be given to the first 200 registered.

Post Race Party will follow the race in the school's gym

Non registered individuals will be charged $5.00 for party admission. Refreshments include pop, bottled water, beer, fresh fruit, yogurt, pizza, and desserts. Water will be provided at the finish.

Registration and Fees

The 5K registration fee is $20.00 and $25.00 race day. Registration by mail or drop off.  Registration and packet pick-up will be Friday, Oct. 3 from 6:00-8:00 PM and Oct. 4 from 8:30-10:00 AM at 601 McKinley Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14220.  Call 826-3610 with questions. Registration for Timon and Mount Mercy students is $10.00, and grammar school age, one mile registration is only $5.00.  If a grammar school student wants to run the 5K, he/she must register for the 5K as it is scored separately from the one mile.

Special category awards for students, alumni and the first three male and female one mile grammar school age finishers.
